55 days GF (happy tear) I'm really doing great but got to over 100 before so I know there's still a long way to go.

It's not always easy and I have other issues that I used to hide from by spending hours, even days on slots that I now have to face, but not having the guilt and debt worry caused by gambling is helping me to see things more clearly and with a more rational since of perspective. Managed to lose a stone and the running is coming along pretty well to.

I have really enjoyed having some money in my pocket and treating my family. If only life was always this easy. One thing at a time.

64 days GF and miserable. Hurt my knee and can't run which I have been using to fill my spare time. Was getting a lot quicker and losing weight. Hope I can run again soon.

New -start why not try swimming as its not weight bearing and keeps you fit....as long as you can actually swim lol.

Feeling down can lower your barriers so try to put a wee smile on your face maybe sing some tunes or tell some jokes!

64 days is a great effort ....keep up the good work.

Stay strong

Thanks Dez. Trouble is that I love running. Managed a short run today and booked a physio appointment. There's still a chance I'll be running at Silverstone this Sunday which was what I was building up to. Fingers crossed.

Well I'm back here again. 2 months of stupidity. I was up and I was down and I was up again.

Overall my craziness hasn't cost us anything and I need to stop now before it gets out of hand again.

Feel a bit of a prat but I'm ready to start again now. I know that you have to feel ready and actually want to stop, and I do now.

Day zero.

I've run out of answers. Probably the lowest I have ever been.

Day one.
