Long story short, addiction got really bad to the point I was -3k in the red + payday loans. Credit score got screwed in the process as well. Relapsed today, but was 124 days gamble free in which time I fixed my credit score (fair to excellent), and cleared my debts, now back in the black healthily.
The credit score isn't too significant an issue in the scheme of things, it will repair over time. The adverse effects of gambling are much more far-reaching. What made you relapse today?
