Really thought this time I would be fine . But no relapsed again found a site that I could sign up to and lost all my wages again . Feeling really down don’t want to be like this . I really want my life back .
I think these relapses are worse than the original problem . When will I see the harm I am doing when I play I don’t think about anyone else .
I have a loving husband and 3 kids but I never think about them only myself .

Really sorry to hear that - it is really difficult to see the harm we are doing whilst we are in the irrational mindset of gambling.
Can I ask what blocks you have in place and what could you do differently? Are you registered with Gamstop and if you are using sites not registered with them could you have your wages paid into your husband's bank account?
Don't be too hard on yourself for the past - just think how you can be a better future you.
