Tnx Del, russ & w.P 🙂

Really happy today....

Although yesterday was crazy ended up in a bar brawl..lol...tables were flying everywhere... Funny thing is this time I never got hurt...Just landed a few good punches before I left...Lol...Not like me!! But if a guy comes up to you and threatens your family you see red...And these guys meant business...

On a lighter note...I am cooling down from the champagne nights...Nothing but trouble in my eyes....

Ohh yeh gambling suck too..

Take care...

P.S Gamcare- and you guys are definitely a secret weapon against gambling....haha I am sure I get counselling for all sorts of issues really on here? Do I not??...heehee

So, I do not have time for any distractions....

My missus lied to me yesterday about something and I have been made a fool..However, I think that both of us have learnt a lesson..

Just to add, some people can be so pathetic....How dumb...

Hi

Just read your comments on someones diary, it really does work!

Associate gambling with negativity, today I was walking into town and every bookmaker I passed I associated it with me being angery, skint, helpless. Wow!, every bookies looked like filth to me. Thanks

Shaun.

Well Thank you Shaun...It reallly did work for me....And guess what?...I started dreaming of ACTUALLY LOSING MONEY....never b4 in my life did this happen?...I guess it was all down to the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.....I am sure it re-PROGRAMMED ITSELF....it is like for instance; when we wake up in the morning we automatically BRUSH OUR TEETH.....No! it isnt bad breath what makes us do it...it is THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND....We are in some way programmed to do this from our ancestors... Thats why people struggle for years EVEN THOUGH THEY HATE IT...They still do it?...Because it is an innate drive i suppose to try to gain something with the possibility of losing[ HUNTING]..is what I call it!!.....Just ease up remember we havnt evolved from hunting yet?...Although technology is at least 500 years ahead of us...if not more....The bottom line is gambling will destroy your home, destroy your family and in the end lead your country into ruin!

Peace .

Hi

My uncle is living proof. He is 70 and cleans windows.

He had 7 shops, lost them all to gambling, family grew up, he missed out on so much, they have all left home.

He told me he should have retired years ago. At one stage if he sold everything he had he would have been a millionaire - and we are talking the 1970's!!. You could say he did well for himself.

The thing is though, it took him many years to find out the real cause he says 'it isn't the winning, it's getting your head around the fact it is an addiction'.

Back then there was litle help, maybe if the internet and places like this website were invented 30 years earlier then things may have turned out differently, who knows.

Good point on my diary.

Gambling today is everywhere, on internet, tele etc. What makes me sick is the fact they are trying to make it morally and socially acceptable.

Housewifes and grandma's are sitting infront of a computer for the first time and losing £1,000's in a night. I used to play FOBT's and the amount of females playing them is scary.

Gambling ruins lives, pure and simple, if the gambling industry stopped the giving tax, they govt would ban gambling overnight.
