Went out Saturday night, to Area Watford! It was fun met a few birds and had some jokes...Saw a few mugs on the machines and it reminded me of ...umm..'.me' in the old days...going out for nothing??...lol....The barrier between yu and your social life...Very formal way of being informal...Kind of like the desk between you and your boss/interviewee....Lol....Except there is a ruddy great chunk ov fruit machine in the way of you, and your dream night out....It does have flashing lights tho....pff..

I couldn't have done all this with gambling as well....This is living!!!...Partying and dancing (Thats my charm)...X amount of birds....Trust me FORGET gambling what a miserable way to lead your life.....1 year ago in Feb I was a fat unhealthy broke gambler...With no real pattern except a gamblers pattern of losing.... A major thing that has changed is my confidence... I had none before (with women) but since I got into shape and started to go out dancing I attract the wrong attention from lads... but the right from the gals....Now I am fitter than I have ever been...I realised that I have been wasting away....Putting too much attention into analysing one thing or another...Then I woke up... I know this is a big headed post...But hey I do have a big head...lol....Now now...not that kind!

Today was a good day for me took the family to Bournemouth .....Literally bumped into some famous guy and they made a joke about it!!...Nothing special...Hey it was packed there today and v nice weather!!
