2 YEARS AND I SPENT 3K IN TWO YEARS TONIGHT....HOW GOOD IS THAT...OK IT ISNT THAT GOOD BUT IT IS BETTER THAN 12K IN ONE YEAR....SO, A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERONE WHO HAS EVER POSTED ON MY DIARY... ALSO, THE NEWBIES ON HERE DONT EVER GIVE UP GIVING UP...YOU GONNA NEED AS MUCH STRENGTH AS YOU HAVE GOT TO FIGHT THE DEMONS...ONCE YOU CONQUER IT LIFE WONT BE EASY...BUT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HAVING NOTHING BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE US KNOW HOW TO LOOK AFTER MONEY... DONT BE FOOLED BY WINNING IT CANT HAPPEN ...THATS WHY GAMBLING IS A TOP INDUSTRY AND A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR GENERATOR... Happy birthday to me 2 years today...I just wish I could say that I never failed...However, I did!! Hopefully I will just pick myself up, brush myself down and walk away from the mess..I have been desperate these last few days...And yes I have contemplated gambling...But I havn't gone as far as that...I dont intend to either!!

Started new job today... It was rubbish and only couple of hrs per day? I walked past bookies and felt like going inside...I had difficult time controlling urges...YU see im still a bit desperate for money!!

Well done on walking past those bookies - not an easy thing to do considering that there are so many of them around.
Were you self excluded from those bookies? I find it so much easier walking past them when I have self excluded from them.

I have had hangovers...But the gambling one really makes you lose focus for at least a few days...if not weeks... I been so STUPID... Don't fall into the trap again ..... I had money to put in the bank today...And it was so tempting..I was right near the bookies...I had it in fifties..My daughter helped me clear overdraft...Well, like you said GT! I really thought it through...??? and the joke is this bookies is notoriuos for losers...I had a massive brawl in my mind ...and replaced what would of been every cell in my body taking a beating, for a more sensibel approach... If i won, I would be high as a kite waiting for the next fix and back to sqaure one A GAMBLER with absolutely no future and unable to follow my dreams...On the other hand, if I lost it I would be even more depressed and back to sqaure one too...Kicking myself for being an idiot...So, I replayed everything in my mind and meticulously examined the previous and aftermath of gambling....Then deposited the money to bank and kept £20 for something to eat...I treeated myself to a greggs cornish pasty and a huge orange juice...It was good...And satisfying!!! Glad I never gave those complete f*****g idiots my money!!
Now that bought a huge smile to my face!
