Congrats on getting a car mate. A massive lift forward and it's good to see if you are still going strong

Onwards and upwards

Well done, Bear. Good to read you're still doing well. As with all urges, they'll pass before you know it. Keep on track, you're doing really well and have a good future ahead of you.

Wish you the best

Great post mr.bear, glad your goin from strength to strength, and thanks for the support.

Your in a good place. - I'm getting there,I'm having gambling thoughts, bound to after 26 years of gambling, but I'm working through them,I've no intention of putting a bet on,I even enjoyed watching the cricket this morning,I'm a bit cream crackered now tho!

Amazing how time flies by,2 months is a great effort,I often wonder how I got time to gamble?

Keep strong bear.

Bear you say 'had a good weekend mother in law stayed over' ....sounds like a contradiction for most people!

Hi bear,

Well done on 67 days. It is great achievement 🙂

Remember, debts will not go up if you stay on the path you are now.....only reduce in time. We all lack patience, but easily can adopt it in this recovery.

Take care
