Day 170, i have not gambled and will not be gambling tomorrow. I think it is now 100 days since my one and slip.

Thanks Freda, SA and Dazzler for your posts, not posting as much now, evenings i just feel knackered, its nice having normality in my life.

I will continue with my diary tho, as it keeps a constant reminder what gambling does, ruins everything for me!! My boys are good, tucked up in bed and they are hoping for snow tomorrow..Last day tomorrow til next year in my new job and looking forward to a gamble free christmas with my sons.

Day 176, i have not gambled and im kinda happy for the first time in a very long time!!

Hope you had a great time at Eurodisney, you really deserve it and so do them boys of yours.

Since the first day I arrived on this site you have supported me every step of the way. For that I am truly grateful, some days I didn't know how to survive, but came on here, posted and eventually things have improved.

What a journey we have been on eh? Even though i wouldn't wish the after-effects of gambling on anyone I truly believe that as a result of this experience, we can be better people.

Have a great 2010, you truly deserve it, and once again thanks for all your help and support.
