Haha yeah. If I can get through next weekend I will start to believe I can actually stop gambling all together.

Well done!!! Keep it up. you can do it. I'm on day 3 already and 15 days to go for my payday. I have set up a spreadsheet and stated how much goes this and where - once i stick to it i only got £150 for lunch and misc stuff. So fingers crossed i will and should stick to it.

Keep it up!!! You doing a grand job x

Day 6. It's been a real busy day at work so gambling hasn't really been an issue. In the past when I've had a really bad day in work, I'd usually have a big bet to forget about it. I'm gonna have to find a new healthy fix for this, but I ain't quite sure what yet.

Nearly a week without a bet. A small achievement.

Defo lol - try make a wee list of things you need to do ie for me sort out hahaha my box of paperwork and a drawer full of pens ( so sort which one to keep and chuck), sort out my socks drawer and then a list of things i would like to learn. One of them is crochette........and downloaded candy crush and few addicted games like angry birds that everybody is talking about......so that will keep me busy for a while.

Good luck and i can't wait to see you next day (I have to admit this is like facebook - i feel i know its weird look forward to see other people achievement)

Lucy x

Cheers guys. Hope you're both doing well.
Day 7 was pretty good, already seeing the positives about being gambling free. I'm much alert and actually listening to what people are saying instead of nodding and checking my bets. I worked out some figures and if I stay gamble free, I will be debt free in 6 months. Then I can start fresh.

Day 8 has been hard. Had a bad day at work, so wanted to gamble. I'm actually not looking forward to payday on Friday ha. Weird I know, but the temptations will increase and I'm scared I will buckle.
