Hi I'm now two weeks gamble free after countless relapses, I have spent thousands on gambling and it has shaped my life since I was 16. My last relapse was after almost a year without gambling. I believe this is my last shot as I don't think I could mentally come back from another relapse, the past two weeks have being the darkest as I lost all my money on my latest relapse. I am so much happier without gambling. Hopefully this time I will be gamble free for good.
Hi all just an update to say that I am 26 six days gamble free and feeling like I can beat this. Hope use all can do the same
Now 36 days without gambling, starting to realise how much of a better person I am without gambling and how much more there is to life. Trying to keep this strength up.

Day 75 gamble free, not much thoughts about gambling today, still can't get the thoughts of the money I have lost through the years which is still annoying me. Going to take my son and wife out for dinner today. Hope everyone has a gamble free day.
