well did my b*****ks yesterday in the casino as every weekend and am now so fed up with it.
blocked all my accounts banned myself from the bookies.
mate rang me up today at lunchtime asked me to join him in the casino, I lied and told him I was working, I had finished so could of easily gone.
decided I would go to the beach and have a run and it was great, loads to look at and didn't even think about gambling till I got back home.
so decided to start this diary,

ive come to realise i just dont need it anymore, and if when i might think i do well i still wont do it again its pointless , well done to everybody on here
slipped again today, but this time when my girlfriend came home I told here straight away.
so from today my finances will all be monitored and checked by her, this is the only way I will over come this very serious bad problem I have.
it was the usual story, gambled and won again, next day won again, but the third day boom took back all I had one plus another 400.00.
it makes no difference what I win as I always give it back,i wish I could understand that but I find it difficult.
by the way the g/friend was great not angry really understanding and didn't want to leave me.
feel a bit stronger now and time will tell.

i think maybe that slip was a good thing , because it has pushed you into telling your girl friend which now means with her then monitoring you it will be that extra realisation not to gamble then giving you the strength to stay clean from this habbit , wish you well
