Day 6 done and on to Day 7. Had a nice meal tonight with some friends. Trying to make positive changes in my life but difficult to stay motivated all the time. Feel really tired for majority of every day.

Day 7 nearly coming to a close and first week. Sat feeding son with tv on. Noticed some other small things about myself that correcting. Little things like leaving plates on side rather than putting in dishwasher or not taking the bin out when it's full. Feel better about myself by doing these little things.

Hi, Change,

Those little things are being less selfish and more considerate, which is a big thing. Don't underestimate them.

Stay safe, wish you well,

Got through day 8. Put dish in dishwasher and cleaned up after myself. Learning to take pride in things rather than be so reckless. Work is really though. Quite quiet so will come under pressure for my figures. Days are so depressing with constant rain and wind. It's been unbelievably wet this past 3-4 months!

Day 9 and had some driving around to do today. Hate driving. Much rather sit on a train. Got through it though and at least got to listen to radio for a while. Day goes faster when driving as not sat behind a computer all day staring at words and numbers. Work started to pick up today so bit busier.

Hi bud the days are building back up nicely and you seem very positive which is great to see. I can relate to you on the work front finding it a struggle myself my company have made some changes and that had meant things that should be being sent to us not coming our way which is making it quiet and a bit tricky to hit targets.

Thanks Oldham and Alan for continued support. Up to end of day 10 now. Had a busier day but found myself Google-ing "what to do if your boss is a [insert own choice of word]"! I really struggle with people who lack any respect and talk to people like dirt. Aside from work things are going well and even put my best suit on today.

Hiya Buddy , I know the feeling well when somebody is rude or shows a total lack of respect , sometimes just because thy can !.

Had a couple of lads in last week who started being quite racist to a young girl student and her friend who were sat eating in my shop , just minding there own business , when Gobshi.t.e started , I wasn't happy told him so and took great delight in kicki ng his ar.se out the shop !. So the moral there is " don't mess with the fecker in recovery " coz sometimes he's not a happy bunny !.

Glad to hear your doing well buddy , keep walking the walk my friend !

I forgot my wallet today. Was worried I'd lose my season ticket and have a 10 hour walk home. Went to buy some cigs on lunch break as annoyed, got to shop and remembered I had no cash. Blessing in disguise as didn't lose my ticket!
