Gazza, 282 days is mighty impressive - one day is a fantastic achievement for people to stop doing something they are addicted to, so to go so long is great, keep it in the day buddy and you will achieve

Just read most of your diary! A real inspiration,

I just managed 22 days and the boom I lost it! Back to day 1 today! It's going well as it usually does after a relapse! Just need to conquer this addiction this time around!

Well done with your progress! Just a little reminder for you .... It feels f...in terrible when you relapse. So I really hope you keep up the good work!

Well done Gazza getting over 9 months and 40 weeks a day at a time great achievement!

We must of joined this forum within a week or 2 of each other its been a great help in my recovery this forum.

Hope ur weathers not to bad im hoping the real cold cold weather from 2 and 3 years ago dosent kick in.

Same old Thurs story-will i get to GA? Not sure as there is so much going on at the moment. I need to be close to home.

Day 285

Didn't make it to GA last night-have missed the last 3 but other things have had to come first. Will try again next week.

Logging on here helps me no end which is great for my recovery.
