Youve reached the crossroads,imagine going through life saying what you mean and meaning what you say. Easier said than done. Ive yet to meet a CG whos done it on their own, but theres so much help available nowadays. Netline, self exclusion, counselling and GA meetings. Grab all opportunities and concentrate on recovery. Will it be easy ? not f--king likely its a nightmare but the rewards far outweigh the pain. Speaking from my own experience abstension is hard enough but dealing with the pain youve caused to yourself and others is even harder. There will never be a time in your life when inner strength and determination is needed like its needed now. The rewards of getting through the pain barrier are well worth the struggle.
