Sorry to read that Barry.
It sometimes takes rock bottom to turn the corner.

Well done for starting a diary.
Read all you can; put up all the blocks you can; you can do this and turn your life around.

The misery that gambling has brought you is in the past,13 days is great effort.
Keep remembering you can't win cos you can't stop.

Keep posting,all the best trigger.

Didnt realise there are so many Gambling adverts on the tv.

Well done Barry, I'm on 25 days too. It is a lonely old business but I'm sure you'll re-gain the trust of those you love. Personally I'm over the moon although it's payday tomorrow which will be my biggest test so far. I simply can't afford to slip up though and I won't slip up. It's great not having those feelings of guilt and remorse in the mornings. I feel less 'grubby' with every day that passes if it makes sense! Walking shoulder to shoulder with you Barry, keep up the good work.

Rachel
