I’m going to be totally honest my problem was slots the only thing what as really been a problem I’ve joined gam ban and I’ve self excluded from my local bingo hall my problem is I haven’t been on slots since March 2022 but I have to tell the truth since then I have kept my lottery which I have £20 a month with my cousin but It as never been a problem with me but as you can see I’m not actually gf but today I did enter an amusement and gambled £30 I was disappointed in myself but didn’t let it get me down as I have spent over a thousand pound a week in the past but it as got me to come back on here as I don’t no why I did it but tomorrow is a new day as anyone else found there self in the same situation we’re there not actually gf x plz if people would be kind enough to leave a comment thank you x

The problem with picking and choosing what you gamble on and what you don’t, in your case slots are a problem but the lottery apparently isn’t, is that it keeps the door open that none of it is a problem. Somewhere in the back of your mind there was a voice telling you that it was okay to go in the arcade.
I only know total abstinence, which means a complete ban on any gambling. I can’t then give myself an excuse that a small bet won’t be a problem.
Well done for stopping after £30 though, and try not to use it as an excuse that you can control it now. Clearly you can’t based on your previous experience. I’d try to cut out the lottery too but I can’t tell you what to do, just what I do.
