How can I make it right to those I have harmed as a consequence of gambling ? I don't think I can make it right. I have lost friends due to gambling debts and my reputation will always be negatively portrayed but I am transparent with my close family and friends about my gambling and childhood sexual abuse so both those things give me negative image in people's eyes. I just have to focus on my life goals and I'm an eager to see how my life turns out if I do stop gambling like I say I will.

What will I miss the most about gambling ? Playing live roulette at the casino and placing a huge stack of Chips on a number and when it comes in that 10-15secs where you count in your head how much you have won as the croupier re stacks the chip pile ..... That brief moment your mind thinks everything is ok but the reality is your whole life is chaos and one winning number or even winning session will solve few if any of your problems it is just a temporary illusion that things are good

Can I be cured ? No I think my brain is now hard wired to subconsciously act and behave in my betting patterns stakes style and ability to play unlimited gambling until I run out of money. If I gamble at all eventually I will hit a bad run when I inevitably go bust and then the panic anger distress depression all appear

The first big test 28th July pay day .... The smaller battles start 7am work in 7 hours time when I have to function at work when I am feeling dead and survival mode and generally just want to disappear..... I am 100% committed this time.
