Today is the day it all begins again. The day I start my normal life, a life without gambling.
I'm going to start by changing my GF day count to one, purely for the fact I have had so many relapses in the past two months I've forgotten what day I haven't had a spin of the wheel.
The debt is piled up, the money count is low, but just one month without gambling will see a huge difference.
Any support you guys can give me I'll be extremely grateful for.
DAY 1. TO SUCCESS.
Hi Ricky,
only advice I can give really is to be as strong as you can be and just don't wager another penny. I am in the same positiion as you, starting out my journey again and you've really got to be adament that this is what you want, that you've hit your rock bottom and that you don't want to be like this anymore.
I'll support you where I can but just for today don't gamble fella and tackle tomorrow when it comes.
Wilsy.
Thanks for your words of wisdom
Today is day 2 gamble free. It seems I still have a mountain to climb but reading others success stories on the forum will help me get through.
Just counting down the hours now until day 3 gamble free. Not long to go!
Ricky.
Good man Ricky, just for day no gamble my friend, keep strong and Day 3 will soon arrive. Will get easier once you start getting into double figures my friend.
