Managed to get through 5 long days without a bet, I love football and used to spend £100's on football betting so Saturday Sunday doesn't help with all the football but I got through it.

keep going dont let them take your money you should still self excude from all betting compnaies possible just incase of a weak moment as this will then help to stop you and take away the temptation. Well done though for getting through the weekend you should be very very proud of yourself , you can be strong and keep going dont give in, ps think your an extra 1000 better off now as you did not spend this last weekend so save it dont gamble it . well done
