Well done it again!

305 Days Gambling Free!!!! (Just Saying) lol. Joking aside this is the longest I have been gambling free for over 30 Years    and i have NO intentions of going back whatsoever! Life is better, Money is better and more importantly my Mental Health is better and i can like what i see (shoulder height lol) to everyone struggling if you trip over pick yourself up and try again and eventually the true winner will be YOU!

What I have found very helpful is the sleep hypnosis videos on YouTube. I have no idea why they help greatly but they do so if you have never tried them...Try it you never know and believe me I seriously doubted the effectiveness of them at first but I do believe they have played a massive part in my recovery!

1 week to go then it will be a full YEAR since I last had a Gamble.....life is good and I feel Good.

Thats it Guys n Gals (without assuming anyones Gender) I made it! Now on 366 Days GF. But I am not a success story! I am a compulsive Gambler and I always need to remind myself about that. It has got easier the longer I go without Gambling but I know from my experiences and others that you cannot let your Guard down. To everyone struggling... Keep Going and have faith in YOU as only YOU can stop and if you fall over..Pick yourself up and start again. It has taken me 30 Years of Gambling to get this far so if I can do it anyone can. Be proud of that one day GF and take ONE Day at a time.
