Thanks Buds x

Day 42=6 whole weeks gamble free!

Today's a good one. Managed to banish the wee dark cloud thats been following me and thinking more positively about my future.

Immediate goals:

*Maintain abstinence from gambling

*Daily diary for 3 months

*Look forward to bank statement with no consequences of gambling deposits/overdraft charges

*Practice exercises to cope with urges

*"Irene time" daily to reflect on progress

*Enjoy Christmas!!

Without the support of this forum/site goodness knows where I'd be at right now- I'll be forever thankful for the support and guidance offered over the past 6 weeks.

Spent time today with an elderly aunt who has a real lust for life despite being 83- a truely inspirational old lady with a heart of gold. Also, time with my sis who's like a mum to me- planning our festive shennanigans!
