cant really put into words how much gambling has affected me over the last 7 years been hopelessly addicted to roulette in that time but after a bad week last week I made a decision that I no longer want this to be a part of my life.

So here I am coming towards the end of day 3 without gambling! it's been difficult but...

Heres to a better and happier future.

Hi GC

Keep posting and reading and you'll find it eases over time. There is no quick way to beat this. Recovery is a journey and not a destination.

Take care

Evening GC

Congratulations on taking the first steps towards recovery - they are huge daily decisions you'll take and as long as every single day you wake up you contract with yourself to stop, then the days will start to mount up.

Thanks for posting on the 2014 Challenge thread - you'll get a mention and be added to the roll of honour this Sunday - have a look around about 10pm Sunday night for this weeks update - it should be a good result for the team!!

All the best mate

Mr Brightside
