The last couple of days are a measure f my personality problems, had a discussion on fri about politics not pleasant, Saturday I binned everyone of couldn’t be arsed! Then I played golf Sunday and had a couple more f pleasurable hours with some old chums having a beer! I chilled so just listened!

Today no travelling so catching up on some chores - cleaned car (first time for ages) so might pop out for a drive in the sun! Never pass my mind when gambling!
