Day 1 - Have contacted payplan to try and find a way forward with my debt and self excluded from gaming websites. Planning to buy a blocking software as soon as I have more than £2.59 in my bank account! Hoping my only credit card that is not maxed has not been blocked as I missed the payment this month (first time) and need to buy petrol to get to work tomorrow :s feeling worried as I have missed payments on my mortgage and council tax this month

Don't hang up on financial matters too much. I know it's a pain but you need to get yourself better first.
Try and ring council up and explain that it will be delay for this month. Worth a try...communication usually helps a lot.
Stick around, there is a way to stop this gambling mess. ...but you need to want it...more than the next bet.
Triangle: Time - location - money is working wonders too. Take one away and you are not able to bet.
Practical blocks, handing money to loved ones, basic bank account, support groups and meetings as GA...there are ways to help yourself, you're not alone.
