Been a while since I have been on here or posted sorry about that. I tend to distance myself from a gambling mindset sometimes. I'm over 9 years gamble free now and haven't looked back. It's crazy looking back at my old posts on here (feel free to look at my profile and old posts/history & feel free to ask me any questions).
I work full time and I'm always busy doing things such as gym, reading, house work so gambling is never on my mind anymore. Believe me this addiction can be overcome. I see so many people struggling with money and believe me gambling will not help. I'm debt free I own everything I own and have no financial worries.
Please feel free to ask me for advice. My goal is to inspire people and I hope one day to be a sponsor for someone.

So the early weeks and months what did you change about yourself
It was very hard the first days, weeks and months. It took me a long time to stop getting the urges to gamble. It's the boredom and loneliness that was my main trigger looking back. When I'm now off work or finished work I just keep busy so gambling is never there in my mind.
Totally agree, it’s a strategy I’m imposing and a key ingredient to stopping gambling, together with getting the finances in a settled state and having a plan together with someone looking after your finances.
Do all that then it will be very difficult to gamble .
