I have stopped gambling since 6 September, the best decision in my life, I should have done it along time ago.. it’s has not been easy at all, through difficult days I have gone through. My life started from - 0 since I stopped, taking step by step, not easy but hopefully I will go through this storm… my brain still thinks a lot of Gamble but my strength is helping me to pass through it. I destroyed all my life, now I’m 35 years starting all from 0…

Keep going and fighting through, there will be times where you struggle but on those days try remember why your stopping and just get through that day.
maybe write down your "WHY" so on the hard days you can look at it and remember 🙂
