My problems really started falling out with people or losing fake friends and bad family.
I have now setup some triple blocks for non gamstop and have a little money left and really don't want to gamble any more. I went to a pub tuesday after a group to see a drag queen but I saw fruit machines and casino was next door. BUT a fruit machine is so bad u cant win anything good just a money pit same with casino so I had one drink and felt happy not wasting money.
I should use this groups chatroom more but I run meetup groups so have a zoom tnite about being a good host and leader. also I never miss coronation street on at 8pm. so I will try more to attend.
would anyone cool people be up for whatsapp chat or peer to peer support a bit more? I have telegram I had gambling groups all gone! thank god! or is there anymore group chats? I like whatsapp but just normal life for a 44 year man eventually we fall out with a lot of people. Dad was nasty a week ago but I feel good he apologised so are back to phone calls for now.
