Last night on the group chat I was asking for recommendations on gambling books. It was suggested listening to an audio book.Â
Anyway, straight after the chat I did some research and came across this incredible audiobook. It’s 3 hours long and is £6.99 to purchase.Â
‘Gambling addiction explained’ by John Woods.Â
I would highly recommend it, it’s a true story about his 30 year gambling history and he goes in to in-depth detail about gambling, the feelings, the brain and so much more.Â
I could relate to so much of it and has really given me the biggest motivation to carry on being gamble free!Â

Thanks for that tip I will be starting to study those books I have read a few biographies by famous gamblers footballers etc but this looks good. CheersÂ
