How many of us have been through the following scenarios in our head?

1. I will just gamble a little bit, I'm sure I can stop before I spend the whole paycheck.

2. I will stop just as soon as I get a big win.

3. I don't have a gambling problem, I just do it to relax, or for entertainment.

4. I have seen so many losses in a row that I'm sure the next one will get me all my money back.

5. I can stop anytime I want.

Never been the type of gambler to blow it all in one sitting I get too sick of it too quickly

But can vividly remember telling myself in my very early 20's I can stop whenever I want

10 years later although very much under control its still a battle I have to remind myself of every day

Hi

Telling lies just indicates how much fear a person is living in.

And our fears just indciate how much pain we expereinced and have not healed as yet.
