9. cant go back and edit
10. I seem to get logged out quite frequentlyÂ
looks like you can only edit your last post
11. I like that when reporting a post you have to put a note in as to why.
Hello @oldhamktf thank you - not sure which new post button is missing?Â
If you are clicking through to someone's profile you should be able to click the 'activity' tab and view their recent topics and posts.
Thanks.
Your subscriptions will only be confirmed if you click on the email to confirm them - I would double check in case this has gone into junk / spam folders. We have unchecked the subscribe option as the default across the Forum so each user will make their own choices about the topics or threads they subscribe to.
For anyone looking for sticky posts - these should be labelled as [Sticky] at the top.
Apologies to those who are having trouble locating their personal diary threads - I am following up with our developers to see how we rectify this for you and will let you know a.s.a.P.!
Just to confirm, we have switched off the default subscribe option so that you will not automatically be signed up for notifications.Â
I will feedback to the developers to see how we can make it clearer which threads / posts are unread.
re: censored words, we were working from the previous list and will double check this!
Thank you again for feeding back and please do bear with us while we work through these tweaks for you.
Hello @oldhamktf thank you - not sure which new post button is missing?Â
Â
the new button i mention is probably better explained as go to first unread post
Â
I've just gone to oldhamktf profile, clicked activity, it shows my (merry) activity.Â
Hi everyone - we're looking at placing a link to search your topics and posts back on your profile pages.
In the meantime you can find your diary threads by searching your username with the options outlined here.
Thank you again for your patience!
@site-admin how are you liking peoples posts?
This is an admin feature to highlight that I have read and understood feedback in this topic. Thanks.

While we find a way to iron this issue out, you can view a user's activity by viewing https://www.gamcare.org.uk/forum/activity/ [username]
I hope this helps for now.

Not sure about this one, although for threads with multiple pages there is also a page navigation link below - this should show Previous / Next or you can enter page number you're after (i.e. 1). Does this help?
I've asked the team to amend the colour of the pin which denotes a sticky post so that these should be easier to spot.
Thank you again for all your feedback, we are working through this but hopefully you will all see benefits to the new site and Forum!
Many thanks.
@site-admin just looking through the diary section and notice that after the first 3 or 4 pages the diaries stop going in chronological order and are very random. one last post a month ago next to one last post 6 months ago etc
Huge improvement that it seems to have stopped the Spam. Site doesn't feel as navigable yet and I struggled to find link to chatroom, however I'm sure I will get used to it.
However, big negatives for me at the moment are;
1) Used to be able to click on someones profile and see the topics they have started AND their most recent posts, you could then respond/post on one of their threads.
2) You used to be able to search by user id. I don't seem to be able to find this at moment.
The reason I believe these are important is that I (and I suspect other) make connections with a few other posters, maybe those who started at the same time as myself, that mean quite a lot. I feel like I have lost touch (and the ability to get in touch) with good friends.
3) Can you edit posts ? I can edit this one, but I can't edit the 2019 Challenge post I made showing a weekly update.
Affected by gambling?
