This is my 4th time I’ve relapsed. I have been gambling since I was 18 am now 35 got jack all to show for it and hate myself for it and for thinking how much I’ve spent over that time and the lives I’ve ruined specially my family. Am lucky to have a partner which I no will help me through these bad times even considering I don’t think I deserve it. So this is my first step of trying something different because After so many years of trying to fix myself I never could because I never could say to myself I had a gambling problem. I do have a serious gambling problem And just saying that on here feels like a small step forward  I no this is not going to be easy I am ready to change my life For the better as the gambling life will take you to once place and I refuse to put my family through this again. help or advice will be much appreciated.
