Back to the start again today. My latest episode of gambling has lasted four years and has taken me back to all the places I vowed I wouldn’t return to. Gambling has me beaten and I have to quit. Today I give in and say that it has me beaten. I hope to join in with a lot of the conversations and learn from others. All the best in your recovery. Until I go to bed tonight I will not gamble.

We have all made huge mistakes that have brought us here. The stories may differ slightly but ultimately we are cg.
I suggest firstly signing up to gamstop. I have found this a huge help. Secondly read some diaries. I gained great strength from reading them. As for my debt I contacted Stepchange.
