Keep strong..... I am now 270 days gambling clean.
GameStop has helped so much as well as a few counseling sessions. My downfall was slots (30 years of it or so). I am now reading the rewards, although I do feel down at times, which is related to the gambling I am sure.
Anyway there is light at the end of the tunnel and in order to beat this horrible virus you need friends and family around as well as choosing not to gamble any more. The first few weeks are the hardest but I can assure you it gets easier...
Brilliant well done. I can take great inspiration from this and I'm sure others will too.
