Well once again I am back here. The relapse gremlin has reared its ugly head. Luckily recently I have only been gambling with the spending money that I give myself a month and the co trolls my wife head mean it should stay restricted to that.Â

However I don't want to be spending that £150 on gambling when I could be saving for a nice trip away etc. so here I am back again.Â

I have tried all the blocks but find most are too easy to remove. I think I really need to sort the route cause out. I need to be able to have money in the bank at my disposal without gambling it.

Will be posting here a couple of times a week but this is now my time I will not gamble from now for the rest of my life.

Have you spoke to the helpline to get a referral and get some 1-2-1 support that way! I did a few days ago and have my first appointment next week. You got this and we’re all here to support! I’ve found joining the chat room everyday for toast few days has really helpedÂ
That's not very nice way to talk about your wife as a co troll probably if it wasn't for your wife babysitting you and looking after the finances in all probability you would end up in a way worse financial hole than you are already in she should thanked not slated show some respect not arroganceÂ
Pretty sure he is not insulting his wife and was simply saying his wife is controlling his finances which is a good thing.
Obviously having a tough time. It is not always easy to type properly when we are with the emotions of this horrible addiction.
