I'm 11 days in with not gambling, ive felt the urge to today but im fighting not to. I hope this will help you as I feel it has for me it gives me hope that other people are fighting and doing well it makes me want to do the same. I know its hard but you need to block yourself on doing any gambling as the temptation wont be there if you cant do it. Do something that gets your brain working in a different way to gambling.Â
