I have been gambling on and off for about 6 years now I’m 24 and have a good job that pays well. I can afford my gambling losses but have taken out credit cards and loans to help cover my debts, which has increased over the last few days after a big gambling spree. It is putting me in a really poor head space and making me distance myself from people around me. I’m really upset and need help. Anyone have any advice on big losses a d bouncing back from it. I am going to start my non gambling day now, I hope I can get over this terrible problem
