Thank you Andy, I may just do that. I know it gets easier. I quit for 18 months but due to depression i have started agin.

Well ive tried so many times and failed so my new approach is using this site and at the moment I feel i don't want to let anyone here down. I'm going to get through the first few weeks then tell my wife and hopefully she will be proud.
If I tell her now she will watch me like a hawk and it's never worked before so I'm hoping this will.
