Day 10 is here. Double figures. Not a mass if r achievement I know but for me it is. 

This has to be the time to stop, after 9 years of wreck less gambling I have to make it this time.  COME ON

I’m on 7 days g/f… my mental health has improved dramatically.. I have Gamban… and last week I rang Moses and banned myself from all the bookies I could think of. 👊
