I've been struggling to not gamble every day for months now but enough is enough! I registered to gamban so now I'm fully restricted online. I told my mum about what I've done and now she's home I'm probs going to face the music. Today is the day I stop gambling and fix my life!

Hi Harry

When I walked in to the recovery I never thought that I could live my life with out gambling.

I am a non religious person and that the healthier people in the rooms helped we find a much healthier life with out my unhealthy habits.

In time I would understand my emotional triggers to people life and situations.

In time I would exchange  my unhealthy habits in to nhealthy habits.

I like many people did nto stop gambling from day one in the recovery program.

It was important to keep going to meetings no matter when my last bet was.

Please invest as much time and energy in to your recovery.

A healthy room of recovery will help not only save your life but will help you live a much healthier life.
