first time poster here. Wondering if there’s any ladies in their 20s-30s that are recovering from online gambling?
I’ve been struggling with gambling for over 10 years now, longest period gamble free was 5 years but I’ve relapsed a lot in the last 2 years and am really struggling. I had a good few months, but relapsed really badly last night.

I am a lot older than you but I also did not gamble for 5 years then when my exclusion was up, I didn’t renew it (unfortunately) and like you, gambling started to creep back into my life and rear its ugly head, for all the wrong reasons. 👎. I am currently 92 days g.f. Feel free to read through my diary - “April fools - no more the fool”!
