Hopefully this will be a turning point for me. After years and years of gambling I have finally come to the point where I finally understand how damaging gambling has been for me and my mental health.
too long to explain the damage caused by gambling to my health. But I have gambled on everything including poker, slots, fobt and in casinos for the last 13 years I have finally decided to give it all up. This was helped by signing up to the gamstop scheme. And similar schemes for bookmakers and casinos. hopefully this will be enough.
Hopefully I will be able to make a fresh start now.

Hi Gamstop was the game changer for me plus daughter, I was a 30 year gambler 100k plus down , To me anyone who says giving up but doesn’t register for 5 years still not totally committed to what they are saying. I was one of those people myself so know from experience.  I did it 25 years to late .

I have managed to give up gambling in the most part. the gamstop scheme is certainly effective along with the scheme for the bookmakers. I hope to continue on this journey.
