its been 10 days without a bet ... the best 10 days iv had in years.. came clean to the family joined this site and had my first session with my counsellor all is good at the moment just wished I had done this years ago .. upto 10 days ago I nearly lost the lot I was going to sleep hoping I don't wake up .. with a little help and support we can beat this .. now at 46 its time to start living and enjoying life iv wasted far to many years in the bookies so its onwards and upwards for me now the bookies can go f.... themselves {excuse the language} lets beat this demon together and good luck to u all ..
