Hi everyone.I'm James.Just signed up yesterday to this amazing and supportive website.Have been a compulsive gambler for at least 6 years.Managed to quit last year but only for a few months.Am determined now to quit permanently.Have started a recovery diary in the recovery diary section but just thought I should say hi I'm this section.
It's been great reading other people's testimonies and heartening to know that people are managing to abstain for weeks,months and years.It shows that I can do it too - just need to fully commit.
