I am a 21 year old university student and have been gambling for over 5 years. When I’m awake at night putting my allowances all on one horse when I should be finishing off my university work. I know something is wrong but I can’t seem to stop, I’ve tried talking to people and using helplines but it just isn’t seeming to work.Â
It has began to slowly ruin my life. I can’t seem to walk out the door in the morning without having anxiety levels greater than the day before. I have been trying to quit and with signs of progress then relapse again. Anything I can try and do as I do really want to stop.

try a physical GA meeting if you can.
Its a cycle you're in, so try different things to stop. The main thing is that you are trying to stop by posting here.
