Hi Jason

Welcome. I'd encourage you to start a diary in the recovery diaries section and read a few others to gain some experience and support. You could consider getting some extra help from Gamcare like counselling or other support from Gamblers Anonymous? Tri

I was in a similar situation just till June this year but decided to do something about it, welcome, you're in the right place. It's not easy to stop gambling but with help and support you can do this,I won't kid you some nights like me you will be on the edge to gamble but be strong and in time you will see the rewards.

Your on the tight road now jason. Theres 2 roads. There the 'gambling road'. Its full of dangers. You'll waste all your time and money and be a zombie under the spell of gambling. Youll struggle with sleep, relationships and bills.

2nd road..youll have money in time..youll have piece of mind..youll eat properly...sleep well and be able to smile. Your worries and stress will ease and your relationships will improve
