I am new to this forum, my gambling addiction has got way out of control, I have been gambling on and off now for the last 3 years but over the last 3 fews I have gambled nearly every day . The lies I am telling people to get money I am started to believe them myself and its nearly cost me my relationship. Is there any advice anyone can me giveÂ

Does anyone know? Tell someone, anyone?! Being honest about everything is the first step to recovery! If gambling was online, then put every block possible in place?! Don’t have access to money.Â
I removed myself from the joint bank account, and told my husband everything. It was finally a massive relief to not be lying anymore.Â
Good luck, don’t let the gambling demons take anymore from you! I’m on day 93 gamble free, and like you, I use to gamble all day and everyday!Â
