Hi, im new here.
 I've tried quitting gambling many times and have failed each time. I am fed up of feeling low and losing and spending stupid amounts of money to online slots. These have become my best friend and worst enemy for many years. I've always gone it alone but now I am reaching out for help, support and encouragement as I start this new journey in my life.
I know it will be hard and I am scared of the side effects I will have. Sleepless nights and incredible cravings but I can't afford to fail this time.
I am a compulsive gambler who gambles every single day from morning til night.

Well done on taking the first step to your recovery!
i am also new to the site and although it has been a hard step to take I do think it’s the right step and it has given me positivity to really try beat this addiction this time.
I have learnt the best way to start the road to recovery is taken one day at a time, we have the habit of  jumping ahead and going what about the cravings, sleepless nights etc try not to worry about them until you face them head on and then that’s when coming on here will help.
The chatrooms will be good I believe also to see you are not alone and to get some best practice tips on how to deal with all the above when you do have to face them .
