In the past I have battled with gambling addiction, and although the compulsion has got much less over the last few years, I felt it couldn't do any harm in signing up. Â
I have a lot of free time, as many of us do and the temptation could be around the corner. Talking really helps me in these difficult times. I look forward to chatting to some of you, possibly in the live chat later.

Glad to hear that you are doing ok but not taking it lightly. I'm in a similar boat, not gambled for a long time and the shoots of recovery are starting to be noticed in my finances. I tend to visit here on and off and post a few things on peoples journals, offers of support, advice etc. I hope it offers helps as well helping me to remain grounded and understanding that this is not short term thing.

Hopefully you will find it helpful to keep a diary. Everyone here appreciates the difficulties that can be experienced when addicted to gambling.
There is a lot of good information to be found on the forum and if you have any queries than you can always contact admin who will be happy to answer any of your queries.
