Hi I'm new here sorry for my bad grammar or punctuation I rely on autocorrect for everything lol so basically I'm at rock bottom last night after gambling for 9 years on and off I went on a massive spree on roulette I have lost everything absolutely everything if my girlfriend and mum find out I'm gunna lose them to I have nothing left I feel mentally exhausted and I'm completely out of money , with Xmas round the corner I have nothing to get people my son I have let down massively now I'm just a terrible human well at least that's how I feel right nowi don't know what to do

I hear you, I felt the same way, it’s not easy as this addiction is worse than any other in my opinion.
Reach out for support this is the beginning of you dealing with your gambling problem. I am I. The early stages but thinking positive. I was referred by gamcare to beacon counselling, this counselling support has been very helpful. I feel a lot more positive now.
You can get through this, small steps help. I have totally cut off everything to do with gambling with self exclusions and gamstop.
im finding other things to do. I have hidden all this away from my family but after all the time I give them instead of the gambling they are a lot happier. That makes me feel better daily.
