Hello,
I have been using online gaming and have spent far too much, have used savings, needed help from my parents to pay off credit cards and then I spoke to them and they helped me and I promised to never ever do this again.Â
unfortunately after almost 2 weeks of no activity I relapsed 2 days ago and lost all of the money they had helped me with.Â
I feel that I am depressed and that could be the cause for this gambling problem.Â
I don’t want to attend face to face meetings, but would like support online through the NHS perhaps- does anyone know if this is an option? My parents want me to talk to the Gp but I don’t want any of this on my health records, I have now banned all sites from my phone so no future  gambling will take place.Â
I just feel awful and like a failure.Â
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.Â
